I really just don&#039;t understand the single concept of social media marketing at all. It just seems to me to be so many different things that generalizations are pointless. Is social media marketing Tony Hsieh just being a responsive guy? Is social media marketing Zynga leveraging Facebook to ramp up huge game play numbers with heavily targeted inventory? Is it using a service like Colligent to data mine information from the social networks and then target them more effectively? If it&#039;s all these things, how can we possibly make generalizations or express expertise that is relevant across the whole spectrum? It would be like saying you are an Internet consultant.</description>
