It is helpful to think that you &quot;represent&quot; the audience and are there to help create the &quot;conversation&quot; from their perspective.  With constructive questions prepared ahead of time, and having the ability to direct the conversation makes moderating a win-win for everyone!  Good topic, thanks for sharing!</description>
