Last September, at Social Fresh Charlotte, I had the honor of being asked to speak about social media monitoring, and how to evolve from basic "trolling for mentions" into something that resembles actual decision support for brands and companies. I ended up arriving at the venue seconds before my talk, thanks to a "truck immolation" on I-40, but my passenger (DJ Waldow) kept me calm throughout, and I think it was a great talk.
